This apple cider vinaigrette is quick and easy to make. Use it for dressing salads or as a marinade.
Prep Time: 5 minutes • Makes: 3 /4 cup (about 4 servings)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
