Pineapple Turmeric Elixir
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup Coco Libre coconut water
1/4 cup orange juice
1 banana
1/3 cup mango
1/3 cup pineapple
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Crush flax seeds in spice mixer.
2. Add your ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth.
3. Serve chilled after a workout or as a morning breakfast smoothie.
