Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon horseradish
Fresh vegetables, cut up

Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Serve with assorted vegetables – broccoli, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, radishes, etc. Also excellent served with crab cakes!

 

Honey Garlic Spareribs

Ingredients
3 lbs. pork spareribs
Garlic salt
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
Season spareribs with garlic salt; arrange in a 13″x9″x2″ baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour until tender; drain all liquid. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 5 minutes. Drizzle honey mixture over spareribs and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 minutes; baste every 10 minutes.

Makes about 20-24 appetizers

Chili Tortilla Bake is a spicy and robust way to bring a Southwestern flair to your table.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Onions, Minced
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Cumin, Ground
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® California Style Garlic Powder with Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
  • 6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Brown beef in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn, green chiles, and seasonings; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
  2. Cover bottom of prepared baking dish with 3 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of chili mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Top with remaining tortillas, chili mixture, and cheese.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 1-10 oz. can Campbell’s Tomato soup
  • 3 tsp. chili powder (or more to taste)
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2-14.5 oz. cans whole tomatoes
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
  • 2-15 oz. cans red kidney beans
Instructions
  1. Add a little water to a large skillet. Add ground beef, onion, and green peppers. Cook and stir until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes.
  2. Rice can be served on the side if desired, or serve with saltine crackers or cornbread.
