This month we’re introducing Solely Clean Foods a company whose initial, defining mission was to help supply fresh fruit to school children, many of whom were malnourished, owing to scarcity of fruit and the inevitable processed foods fed to them as a substitute.
Solely has been diversifying somewhat, but their focus is still on promoting delicious, organically grown fruits and putting the spin on to create whimsically delightful things, such as their organic Fruit Jerky, among other tasty items.
