Mango Lime Avocado Salsa Serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced (or frozen mango chunks, thawed
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/2 jalapeno, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- juice of one lime
- salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients. Add salt and lime juice; gently stir to mix. Chill for thirty minutes before serving.
