Almost everyone’s heard of Steak-umms!
They’ve been popular in Bermy for half a century. The folks who make Steak-umms say that they are the “best-known sandwich steak brand in America”, bringing the regional Philly Cheese Steak to the dinner tables of the world.
It all started in 60’s with Gene Gagliardi, the inventor of Steak-umms and self-professed expert on value-added meats; look for his name in the “History of the Philadelphia Steak Sandwich”; he wrote it!
