We’re bringing back a fascinating special this month, a comparatively new spin on ancient food, rich in nutrients and nutty flavour.

The food is Kelp, a delicious, popular sea vegetable; and the spin is Sea Tangle Kelp Noodles.

In 2001 Seatangle, located in San Diego, California, began by producing small batches of Kelp Noodles, the first of their kind in the market, and serving local health food outlets. Since then, they’ve grown tremendously, shipping nationwide and globally.
