Prep time: 15 mins • Cook time: 15 mins • Makes: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 4 potatoes, scrubbed and spiralized
- 2 tablespoons Ghee (or avocado oil)
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 oz. smoked salmon
- Fresh dill, for garnish
