Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
  • 3 red jalapeno peppers, seeded, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
