With a minimum of 5 years’ experience responsibilities include but are not limited to:  managing full operations on a day to day basis across two locations of a team of 20+.  The approved applicant will be contactable 24/7 making sure the day to day operations run smoothly, will be in full communication with the dispatch manager and two head supervisors of shoppers and a Point of Contact for all staff members at all times.

The applicant will be the bridge between DropIt and Lindo’s Group of Companies personnel via phone/email and all communication portals while monitoring full dispatch responsibilities hourly/daily.

Applicants will be competent and not limited to the following softwares – When I Work, Tookan, Freshop, Cloud PBX.

This position requires the best customer service skills, and the applicant must be courteous, friendly and punctual as they will be handling shoppers, drivers, customers, hotel personnel.  The successful applicant will deal with customer complaints, corrections, returns and deliveries.   References are required.
