Annie’s Homegrown Organic

Annie’s Homegrown Inc. was started by Annie Withey back in nineteen-eighty-nine, with a really simple mission:  to provide moms with healthful food options they can give their families, with clean ingredients they can feel good about. And they’ve stayed true to that mission ever since.

The folks at Annie’s use ingredients that you might find in your pantry and avoid the ones that belong in a chemistry lab and have names most of us can’t pronounce!

This month, we’re featuring Annie’s Homegrown Organic Cheesy Ravioli, All Stars Pasta with Tomato and Cheese and more!

My Magic Mud Toothpaste

The whole food industry has brought forth quite a few imaginatively named and conceived products. Check out My Magic Mud, started up by entrepreneur Jessica Armand, whose consuming interest in gentle, natural oral wellness led her on an exploration of effective traditional, under-utilized remedies and emollients.

My Magic Mud is the forerunner in the field of activated charcoal research for oral hygiene.

We’re featuring My Magic Mud Activated Charcoal Cinnamon/Clove, Peppermint, and Wintergreen Whitening Toothpaste, containing calcium bentonite clay, hence the mud reference.

Experience the fresh taste of Orangina

This month, we’re featuring an old favourite distributed by John Barritt and son Ltd: a thirst-quenching European treat: Orangina the delicious, sparkling citrus drink. Made from orange, lemon, mandarin and grapefruit juices, Orangina brings us the flavour of the Mediterranean in a distinctive, pear-shaped bottle.

Orangina was introduced in France in the early nineteen-thirties and is now one of the world’s favourites; a natural thirst-quencher, containing real fruit pulp. In fact, the folks at Orangina recommend we gently “shake the pulp” to enjoy the full, fruity flavour!
