The Three Twins Ice Cream company was started up in Petaluna, California about seven years ago by Neal Gottlieb, who was interested in taking ice cream to a new level by sourcing only the most full-flavoured organic ingredients from trusted local producers and coming up with wonderfully innovative flavour ideas.

This isn’t just a costing exercise for Three Twins; this is a flavour-based business, sparing no expense delivering what the makers call, “Extraordinarily delicious ice cream”, a perfect feature for the first month of Summer!
